Is the BBC News site down for Plusnet users?

Is anyone else having problems opening this site? http://news.bbc.co.uk
I can't access it on this PC or my laptop.  Weird thing is, if I go into the garden with the laptop and use my neighbour's Virgin connection it opens instantly.
EDIT:  I Forgot to add that everything else is working just fine.  No other problems at all.

Hi if you can run a traceroute to it and paste the results back here it may give us an idea where it's falling down. By the way, getting it here ok, so are the lads.

just did two tries at the same time first to local  http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/essex/10389188.stm- took several minutes, to BBC main news http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/birmingham/10387146.stm about two seconds OK

Im having difficulty opening the site up aswell, So its definately plusnet, Ive had trouble all day opening up certain sites.

I have seen no problems with any of the links in this thread, or browsing the BBC website for news, weather, news video clips, etc - at any time of day or night.
HOWEVER for several days I have found the BBC iPlayer to be intermittent, where I click on the <download> button for any given progam, and instead of saying "fetching download information" (or similar) it either does nothing, or tells me to download the "iPlayer" application (which is obviously wrong as I am usually have the current version running at the time !!!).  At other times it just works normally !.
