I receieved my equipment this morning, I signed up last saturday.
Could anyone tell me if my broadband is active yet please?

Try it, dont forget to fit the filters, Sometimes it is active early, and you prompting it makes the line active

Hi, its at a different house, I dont want to travel all the way over for no reason.

you dont normally get the router until the day before activation, if you paid for the initial by card that normally speed it up but four working days is good

The order is still showing as 'in progress' and not due to complete until Monday.
