When I called CSC about the issue described on http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,78844.0.html
It was clear, maybe my fault I guess, this guy had started asking me about the state of blinking lights on the router ... hmm,  seems we are going through a script. I hope, politely I asked 'Can we stop there! The script is not helping. I know the router is not the problem, here is what I think is the problem' at which point we made progress pretty quickly.
