Is Plusnet fibre the next step for me?

So my ADSL broadband speed is now 1.9 having steadily deteriorated for months on end.

This is just not good enough for me and so I'm pondering fibre..

But some other Forum members say that speeds on Plusnet's fibre option seems to be deteriorating too! - possibly due to customers like me moving onto it from ADSL.

Do I take a gamble on Plusnet fibre or go elsewhere for a better value ISP? I don't need superfast BB - just want sufficient for skype  and music analysis apps like jellynote.

That samknows website is pretty informative about the different options .. just what I need. Cheers!
