It was the same for me. Lost internet connection. Turned router off/on again. Service back to normal for me

I just had to phone customer service, as my internet light had turned red
I was greeted by a message referring to a large proportion of customers are affected & hope to have the problem resolved as soon as possible
Good news, is, it only lasted approx 15 minutes before it has been restored, on my connection
Is this PN ot BTO related ?

Same here - went down at 16:20

Numerous failed attempts to get a PPP session until I got assigned one of the BT IPs - which obviously gave me no internet access.

Kept trying but either no PPP session or a 172.20.247.x IP
Only just been able to connect...  and on pcl-ag02
Looks like a load of gateways shed their load
