Internet unusable

Hello everyone,
Once again I am having problems with my broadband being unusable, and dropping off very frequently, sometimes every two minutes. I cannot even search on Google it's that slow. This happened about two months ago but was fixed, but the problem has arisen again.

Please could somebody help me, as this is becoming annoying.

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
