Is this speedtest site in the 'Bandwidth Managment' category?

It may be that you're on a busy(er) central.
Plusnet 6 dropped yesterday, which will mean that some are busier than others.
Have you tried the BT Speedtest?  Speedtest.net will be treated as Gold, although sometimes I wonder given some of the results it gives.
