Internet outage

We just lost the internet for about 5 minutes.

Router stayed connected to ADSL, internet came back and connection stats show no disconnect.

I've tested your line and I can't see any cause for this.

In addition to this there were no problems reported in your area.

FYI, it's happened several times before. The connection to the exchange stays up but the internet disappears: the worst was two days (we were sans internet for 24hrs but a neighbour was without for 48hrs).
