Internet not working

I went to bed it was fine and my braodband worked fine, I got up and it tells me that the network settings are not compatible with the laptop.
I phoned last friday 10 March and have been waiting ever since. I have done everthing I have been asked to do but have heard nothing from plusnet apart from a text telling me if the problem is at my end they will charge me £60! Almost a week with no internet. Poor Plusnet Poor

HI louisa,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection. I've just been looking into things and I can see that when you called us we asked you to carry out some checks and get back to us if you were still having problems. Did you reply to let us know whether you had done these tests?
