Internet not working

Internet has been down for over 24 hours now, saw the post at 13.25 to say most customer now fixed but mine still off, terrible service and lack of communication from plusnet via Twitter and this website, had to leave my house to go to family members so I could get access to plusnet website to see what's happening, anyone still offline????

Yep, that sounds about right. I have had exactly the same thing from them. They are abysmal.
