Internet like treacle: Sixth time this month

Usually getting 50meg down, 15meg up. Now...

(Router has been rebooted, modem has been rebooted. Modem syncing at correct speed).

As per title, this is the sixth time this has happend to me during the month. Thought it was the fibre settling down and reaching its max speed. Looks like I was wrong. To think im paying £15 extra on top of £16.49 for going over my limit performing a bunch of speedtests and getting the 1GB files off tbb to test the connection to make sure it doesnt suddenley go to ADSL level again. Brilliant eh.

PN do not offer the 80/20 fibre account yet its a trial, as you have been getting 50 You entered the trial, things go wrong

Yes I realised that, but the same thing did actually happen couple of times just before I went on trial too and it sorted itself out when I went on the trial (so i was on 37meg, then 2 meg, back to 37, then 1.2, then trial activation day shot up to 50 meg) - Dont think its something to do with the trial unless other people are getting the same thing.

I've checked your connection and it is showing that you are currently syncing at 50.3MB/s.
I know you have been through this, but it will be a case of raising a fault at http://faults.plus.net to resolve this.
