Further testing was done on your line and our suppliers identified that your servies are working OK, we didn't get the usual notification of this unfortunately.
I've now pushed this back for further investigation. Sorry for the delay and todays non-appointment.

Hi Chris,
The engineer is at my house now with the folks. He is supposedly changing the cable from the cabinet to the house, he is having to get a second bloke in to help with that. The profile is at 60mb at the cabinet but know I won't get that, but he said I could potentially get upto 40mb.
He's changing some cable going into the house near the front door as well. The cabinet is 850 metres away (boooooo), maybe this will change as cabinets get updated over the next 12-24 months.
Sounds a big task which is good, but at least it sounds like I haven't got a guy plugging in a reader then offski 10 minutes later.
I'll update you later on when I hear more.

Hi Chris.
Back home now, here is my speed test. Not much better on the down but my upload is back to 4mb. The engineer did say he was getting 25mb down before leaving the property but it could go lower during the monitoring period.

I respect it is peak time so I will do another around midnight. I'm also considering moving the modem downstairs, but don't want to unplug it if they are monitoring the line.
Do you need any further information or advice other than the speed tests or when unplugging the modem?

But I've had a higher profile than that in the past. How did the engineer get 25mb down at 12:30pm unless my profile has changed in the past 6 hours?

Hi all,
Just to let you know my situation has been resolved. Great support, all went flawlessly. My IP profile was uncapped and set at 26mb from 17.5mb, the below is what I'm getting.

Lost a slight amount of upload speed at the expense of down which is to be expected.
