Yes, after we talked and you had said that BT line checks were all successful, I tried the direct test connection to the modem again which worked. I then restarted the router again logged into Admin and clicked Connect.
The interesting thing is that it appeared to connect for a few minutes and then dropped. I re-connected and it appears to have been connected since.
I've just spoken to the engineer and we agreed it would be pointless for him to look at it when not in fault state so he has put it in as cancelled. I'll monitor it and feedback I guess it might be an intermittent issue with the modem or router perhaps?
Thanks again for your help. Despite my grumbles yesterday, I'm very happy with the quality of support Plusnet has provided.
