Internet connection dropping out

The internet has been dropping off intermittently for the past week. We have had no issues with our connection prior to this. When the connection drops out the 'INTERNET' light on the router goes out and the 'WIFI' light is continually flashing. Have restarted the router and tried unplugging it from the master socket. Don't appear to have any issues with the phone line. Any help would be much appreciated.

@duncaniw Welcome to the forums.As you have posted in the ADSL board, I am assuming you are not on FTTC, so suggest you have a look at this post: https://community.plus.net/t5/ADSL-Broadband/ADSL-Speed-faults/m-p/1270245#M297501, and provide as much of the information requested.

This will possibly enable other users to help you, which bearing in mind that Plusnet are not fully staffed at the moment and are concentrating on those with NO broadband/phone, may lead to a quicker resolution.

Thanks for getting in touch @duncaniw sorry for the delay and the problems with your broadband connection. Our tests aren't showing the cause for this so I'm sending you a replacement router as the next step to try to get to the bottom of this. If you're still having issues with the new router, I'd recommend raising a fault to us online at http://faults.plus.net so we can arrange an engineer to investigate further. Let us know how it goes.
