It's sorted,now,thank you. The second engineer was more thorough and found problems in the cabinet and exchange.

Now I have to chance Billing, as the person I spoke to did not call on Monday, as promised,so my report of a second overcharge has not been dealt with.

Cheers for coming back to us here and I'm glad this is resolved now.

Since your post I updated your support ticket late last night with more detail.

Once you reply to the ticket i'll get back to you as soon as I can, though it may be on Monday as I finish for the week soon.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
