Hello, in the past week's i have had a problem with my phone line, which was causing the modem to keep disconnecting, over time my speeds dropped from,
55 mpbs, to 5mbps, the fault has now been resolved, and it's been over 3 days, but speeds are still the same, i am on fibre broadband, so there must be some sort of "capping" or "Banding" which is keeping my line at 5mbps, if someone can please check it and fix it, possibly a line reset, that would be nice,

Hi maria92,
I've just taken a look at your connection:
<img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image14006623895770.png"/>
Can you think of any reason for the complete loss of connection on last Thursday? As you can see, since that, your connection has been pretty much stable.
Your line has a couple of errors on it, this has pushed your connection speeds down a very small amount, the speeds will recover themselves assuming the errors don't increase. Your speed profiles are all set correctly. If you're seeing lower speeds than around 63Mb, please connect with an Ethernet Cable and visit http://speedtest.btwholesale.com and let us know of the results.
