Internet Speeds Inconsistent



Been having issues with my internet speeds over the last couple of days. Promised speed is only 5mb in my current location so any drop in speed has a detrimental affect. Have reset my router a couple of times.

Tests below performed using Ethernet cable. Telephone number on my profile and predicted speeds have not been updated since i moved house a couple of months ago.

I've been checking your account and running some line tests and no obvious problems are being flagged up.


I'd try following the test here if that's still a problem and do keep us posted:
