Intermittent problem accessing BBC.co.uk internal plusnet problem?

Had this problem last night and again this morning, intermittent access to the bbc website. Problem seems to be inside plusnet.

I couldn't honestly attribute this problem to anything in particular but if it does continue to happen I'd like to run some test from here by connecting with your details to see if it can be replicated.
