Intermitent BT line fault

I'm having intermittent connection issues. I believe I know what the problem is, a neighbours tree has grown around the phone line and when ever there is a high gust of wind the internet connection is dropped.  

 

This is only affecting the internet connection so BT fault reporting service wont touch it.  Any ideas on the next step?

Hi @appoloin1, thanks for getting in touch. I'm really sorry to hear about your issues with your service.

 

I can certainly see the connection dropped numerous times yesterday however, testing isn't locating any faults.

 

Though I appreciate this only occurs when windy, I'd still advise having a run through our troubleshooting here and getting your router connected to the test socket.

 

Once done, please raise this as a fault to us here. If you drop us a message once done, we'll pick this up for you and get it raised to our suppliers.
