Interleaving

Can any of the staff tell me if i am on interleaving & if so could it be turned off as that might be part of the problem.
My noise seems a little high as well,Noise Margin (Downstream)    17.0 db  so could someone look at this for me Huh

Your routers web page should tell you that, look for Fastpath/interleaving in the overview/summary page

Hi Jockwav,
I have checked your connection, interleaving is currently turned on. Your line has been very stable so we can try and turn it off. If your line starts to become unstable it may be that you would need to have it turned back on, but we can monitor it and see how it goes.
I will also reset your line as the noise does appear to have spiked at a higher db. This will take up-to 24 hours to take effect.
If there's anything else then just ask.

Hi Jockwav,
You are achieving the fastest speeds your line can support,  the noise margin on your line is not an issue as your speeds cannot currently get any faster.
