Interleaving change not requested

I am at somewhat of a lost re: Email from support copy below :-

I have not requested Interleaving to be turned I did place a change of product to move to Unlimited.
I have not received any confirmation of this being acted upon can PN look into this and advise.

Hi Bill,
The order to remove interleaving was part of a problem that occurs when you've upgraded your package, I've checked over your line and it looks like your connection will be fine without it. If it's not we can place an order to have interleaving switched back on which takes one working day.

Hi Chris thanks for the prompt reply, did not realize the change had started, should have waited !!
Will see if I need to turn interleaving back once things have settled.
