Interleave Turned back on ?

I had a fault ticket a while back regarding my speed 2 tickets I think, BT visit etc nothing was found so to cut a long story short I closed the ticket and realized I wouldn’t gain anything by pursuing it any more.
Line has been stable @ a rubbish 2500 profile with interleaving turned off, seems now for some unknown reason (no request by myself) it’s been turned back on?
Can someone have a word with bt and remove this please.

Ticket raised @ 6am this morning (27984837) no reply as of yet ! responce time given was around 2hrs 50 mins

How easy is it to turn interleaving off, and can it be reversed easily?  My router synch's solid at 7616 which (I could be wrong) I believe is the max possible with interleaving on.  Is it worth me trying it with interleaving off?  Here's my router stats....

24hrs each way in my experience , turn off 24 hrs , turn back on 24hrs
