Increasing my upload speed [request]

Hi Plusnet. I was wondering if it would be possible to increase the cap on my upload speed? As I am required to have a decent upload rate to be able to stream decently on Twitch.

If we knew what your current upload is and whether you are on a 20CN or 21CN exchange or even if you are on fibre it would be possible to advise.
The lack of information to go on will be why no one has responded before now!

They have my account details from just looking at this username. I'm sure it's not that difficult to look over as they have done so in the past when answering my question...

Take no notice of jelv mate, he just goes onto threads to try and belittle people,
Log into you PN account on the main page and click help and support, then ask a question and take it from there. I would be more helpful, but everytime I go to help and support and takes me ages to find my way around.

Well there is a chance all the advice given above was wrong and he actually needs to go to http://trials.plus.net and select the Max Premium option. That's why I hoped the OP might give a little more information so we could give him the best advice possible.
And if you're so smart, why didn't you answer the OP's question on Friday instead of making sarky comments when I respond to his bump and try to help? If I had of been doing what you suggest I'd of pointed out that bumping isn't allowed.
