Increase in RTT, Decrease in Throughput during peak traffic

Hi,
I've generally been quite impressed by my PlusNet 80/20 connection until recently.
Since joining late last year I had noticed on f8lure that the average RTT does instead slightly during peak hours (7 to midnight) however since the 19th I have been seeing an increase in minimum round trip time and an increase in packet loss.
Some pings to bbc.co.uk I just captured, these times are poor!
