I have seen a post regarding wireshark and incorrect prioritised traffic .
I'm on the pro package 19.99 ( for gaming )and wireshark shows a hex value of 0x80 for interactive traffic , is this correct ? seeing on the video tutorial for gaming and VOIP it should be another value

Depends on the game.
http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/troubleshooting/wireshark.shtml
0x80 is the value for Gold traffic. For all traffic on your package you should see 0x80 or 0xa0 (Titanium).
Which game is it and do you know if you are using standard ports or server specific modifications?
This will help to see if what changes we may need to make.
