Incorrect direct debit

Hi,

I am moving broadband to BT Internet from 30th October. 

Plusnet are aware of this as I Have received both post and email regarding this move.

However my latest direct debit has advance charges to the 19th November.

Could you tell me how the overpayment will be repaid to me?

It'll be paid into the bank account the direct debit is taken from.

I'm sorry to hear you're leaving us. When your line has been transferred from Plusnet, we'll pick up your account and we'll work out your final bill/issue any required refunds before we close your account.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
