Incorrect billing

Once again it appears that Plusnet accounts are incorrect.    I am in a Market 3 region for Plusnet Premium and as such the following applies:
Quote
If you live in one of our low cost areas you'll then pay £15.99 a month thereafter

Instead of which I have been billled as follows:
Quote
Premium charge for the period 21-12-2009 to 20-01-2010  £17.38  £2.61  £19.99 

Can someone sort this out before the direct debit is taken, please.

I can't stop the Direct Debit, however I have fixed the problem and refunded £4 to your account to compensate for the payment that's in the process of being taken.

Due to the lack of working days over the last couple of weeks, there are some longer delays than we'd expect on DD refunds. I'd expect this to be with you in the next few days.

Thats due to the lack of notice plusnet give for a direct debit, 3 working days is NOT a long enough notice period if they make a mistake as if it was a longer notice period plusnet would be able to amend the direct debit before it gets collected.
