Inadvertently closed fault ticket

Going to add more info to my open fault, I ended up closing it!

 

Can't find any way to re-open it, and the broadband troubleshooter won't let me open a new ticket.

 

This is a BT to PlusNet move, where the phone line is OK, ADSL is in sync but I still have CHAP authentication failure.

The troubleshooter still won't let me open a new ticket for my broadband fault.

Could plusnet staff please reopen the issue?

I've been very disappointed in their behavior, service... Plusnet.
But, if they decide they won't do anything, then they just don't bother, you've got no real say in any of it. They do as please...

I can't blame Plusnet here for deleting the ticket, that was my own stupid fault for using a trackpad rather than a mouse and having it click on the wrong link.

Credit to them - they did phone me up shortly after I asked for the issue to be re-raised, and a new router is en route to me.
