IPv6 disconnected?

Can someone explain?
IPv4 is connected but IPv6 is disconnected.  Is this OK or is there something wrong?
The reason I’m asking is that I’m having trouble connecting to some websites and was wondering if this has anything to do with it.

IPv6 isn't used.
that is not the cause of your issues.
