How do PN classify the traffic in IPv6 tunnels for management...? Is it treated as a VPN?

As the IPv6 traffic is inside the tunnel, Plusnet actually have no idea it's IPv6. So long as the tunnel uses a recognised VPN type then it will be treated as VPN.

IPv6 tunnels have specified protocol types.
How does PN classify them for traffic management purposes? Can anyone from PN enlighten us?
