IPlayer stuggling atm

A wireshark capture shows nothing is wrong as to traffic but getting stuttering.  So anyone else using IPlayer at the moment and find its struggling?

No problem here on normal and HD streams

Have you tried reconnecting to get a different gateway? Not sure if the network is still out of balance following Friday's outage.

My normal PlusNet download speed is around 17mb/s
A test download for you is showing 13mb/s at the moment 17:30

Not related to this issue, but be aware that BBC iPlayer is throttled back on Plusnet between 6pm and midnight, to a max of around 2mb/s for myself, others times it's 17mb/s for me.
Not sure if it's a BBC iPlayer or a Plusnet thing

2mb/s is with unlimited accounts and irrc its after midnight.  I've tried a few gateways and all give the same problem, so could be a local exchange issue[Inverness]

Still getting 15mb/s at 01:20 Monday

It is not about the desktop IPlayer but online viewing on-demand streams.  I was watching The Voice last night so probably the demand for that stream overloading the host BBC server
