Download speeds appear to be capped at 2Mb despite BT IP Profile reporting as 3Mb

Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 448 / 4,320
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12.1 / 19.9
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 23.0 / 43.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 22.0 / 5.6
BT speedtest is consistently giving the following values
Your DSL Connection Rate :4.32 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 3 Mbps
n.b. IPProfile had unknown to me previously been fixed at 2Mbps and this was re-fixed to 3Mbps on Wed 16th
Current Speed page is showing a value of 2Mb
support docs say this should be updated to match the IPProfile within 24 hours, which plainly seems to not be happening
I have an open ticket about this fault #115955548 but was wondering if there was someone monitoring this who could pick this up? Seems to take far far too long for the faults team to respond - guess they may be somewhat under-resourced...
