IP profile reset

Hi
Modem connected at 6912 for the last 18 days, but recently the profile had dropped to 2.5mbps (normally 6.0mbps)
Tried a PPP disconnect but speed still slow.
Estimated line speed:2.5Mb (This may vary between 1.5Mb and 5Mb) - Checked on 2014-12-21 14:26:27
Current line speed: 7.15 Mb

We're seeing you in sync at 6912 at the moment, as you're on 20CN profile changes aren't instant and can take around 72 hours to happen.
Can you run through a BT speedtest at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ - go through the further diagnostics test too after the first one completes. I'd like to see what BT are reporting your profile at.
