IP profile nudge please

Could I please have a Plusnet IP nudge to bring it in-line with the current BT profile:
Plusnet: 1750
BT: 2500

Download speedachieved during the test was - 1494 Kbps
 For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 1200-4000 Kbps.
 Additional Information:
 Your DSL Connection Rate :2796 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 444 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
 IP Profile for your line is - 2500 Kbps
The throughput of Best Efforts (BE) classes achieved during the test is - 14.72:29.6:55.68 (SBE:NBE:PBE)
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 350 Kbps

Or even better could you fix it at 3000 ? On occasions when I have a good week the BT profile can get as high as 3000 but before the Plusnet profile gets updated I get a drop back to 2000 or 2500

HI Vip3r,
Your profile has actually gone down to 2000 now. It went down this morning. I have changed the PN profile to 2500 though, in case it lifts again later.

Its strange you say the BT profile changed to 2000 this morning as the test I performed was at about 1pm and another (that didn't complete) about a half hour ago, the BT speed tester must be playing up again
