Good morning all, apologies if this thread is in the wrong section
I've recently upgraded from Premium to Extra and was told estimated speed of 15mbs
Unfortunately I'm only seeing around 7mb download
Any ideas?

No problems TF,
I've just run some diagnostic checks and I can see that your line has a downstream sync rate of 16561kbps this means that BT have given you a 14000kbps profile. So there may be a fault at play here which could be causing you to only get about half the performance that you should be getting from this.
I'm going to direct you to this post first: http://community.plus.net/blog/2007/07/02/broadband-speed-faults-how-to-diagnose/
After that please to to https://faults.plus.net to raise this as a fault.

I've raised the fault as suggested and have had a response to say that everything seems to be fine, I've responded and guess I'll just have to sit and wait *fingers crossed*

Yes, I can see the ticket did get pushed back to yourself before you forwarded it back to us (and quite rightly so) I've forwarded the ticket on to our faults team so you should be getting a response pretty soon.
