I seem to recall plusnet hold a copy of the profile too, though I'm not sure where to check the value of that.
What I'm actually getting at is - I seem to recall you can get your profile reset to resolve this, but not sure whether I need to ask PN or BT to do this?
Thanks.

Your line appears to be banded - not a profile problem
Plusnet need to ask for a retrain

I've checked your line and doing as Oldjim mentions we need to place a SNR reset to train your line, just had a quick look over the stability of your connection and can see that you've had a few disconnections.

It's not advisable to place a SNR reset when the line may bu unstable, looking at the disconnections though it looks like they may have been manually done by yourself, can you confirm this?

I can see that you've raised this issue with our Faults Team under Ticket: 86995608. We'll get you an update on that as quickly as we can.

I've had a fault I raised directly with BT earlier in the week (lots of line noise, then no dial tone, then they switched me over to a line on a wrong number) which they think is fixed. If the disconnections in the last 12, maybe 24, hours are less than a dozen or so it's probably just me rebooting the router, I suspect it may be stable enough now.

I've just looked over your connectivity and this is still in a terrible way, as such we wouldn't be able to perform another SNR reset as this will no doubt return to your current speed very quickly and could also have additional negative impacts on the line.
As long as your router is plugged directly into the test socket on the master and you've tried an alternate filter we will progress this as a fault and look to resolve the issues in the fault ticket you have raised. Details of you connection activity can be seen in the RADIUS graph below:

The graph looks like the fault is fixed to me - I think the fault was fixed at lunchtime on thursday and every disconnect since is me rebooting the router in desperation hoping for more than 288Kbps.
