My Ip Profile is currently 5500.
I have a stable connection and live close to the exchange and used to get 6.5mb + speeds with Sky Connect (Old Bb Provider)
My question is can my ip profile be raised ? im a noob to these things, had interleaving turned off and getting 5.2mb download from SpeedTest.Net, just think my connection could be better. Im with PlusNet Pro if that helps.
Thanks..

We need your router line stats before we can help. Thats line attenuation, SNR/noise margin and sync rates.
What does Data Transfer Speed say?

Looks like your downstream SNR has been set to 15dB which is affecting your sync rate. Have you been resetting / disconnecting your router recently as that can cause the exchange to think you have a bad line and increase the Min SNR.
If the SNR is stable then raise a ticket to get your Min SNR reduced to 6dB and your sync rate should increase.
