Please can someone from Plusnet have a look at my IP profile? I think it is set way too low, somewhere around 700 - I think it should be around 2,000 - 2,500. Thanks - much appreciated...
Hiya, It's actually just changed (at the BT end). It's now been picked up to 2000Kbps, which I've mirrored on our systems. If you try a reboot in a few minutes, you should notice an improvement.
