IP Profile update

Hi
My BT IP profile has been 4500 for a good few days now but plusnet still say its 3500 - anyone know how long this takes to update itself?

P.S. This always seems to be happening - cant plusnet implement a better system so we dont have to keep asking them to update it manually?

supposedly every 24 hours providing the BT system tells them
if you want it fixing quickly I would recommend a phone call
