IP Profile dropped

Hello,
I've noticed today my IP Profile for my FTTC has dropped from 51mb to 44mb? We've had loads of power surges, and i think DLM has kicked in.
Can PlusNET arrange a visit to reset my line. The line was stable prior to this? I pay £22 for something i'm not getting anymore. I've had a Engineer out before to reset line (at the cab) and i took the day off yet he only tapped the door to say he completed it??? Will i have to lose another days wage for the same?

Re: IP Profile dropped

Hello,
I've noticed this has gone since Friday without being looked at?  Roll_eyes pretty impressive. First issue i had, plusNET was on the ball. Anyhow i got this whilst doing a speedtest
Download speed achieved during the test was - 47.89 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 36.43 Mbps-45.54 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 45.54 Mbps
IP Profile at 45.54 Mbps? Yet i got 47.89 Mbps..... How does that work?

Sorry to hear that hasn't been looked at yet. I'm flagging that up to our faults team now for you.
