IP Profile and Line Speed tests

Hi people
Noob here, just got fibre installed this past wednesday, ive just moved over from be* and i was hoping someone could help me find out what my speed stats are? i cant seem to find a way to access the data from the ECI model OR modem and obviously the tg582n is just a router now and not the modem.
BT Wholesale speed test results:
Download speed achieved during the test was - 51.53 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 16 Mbps-77.44 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 77.44 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 16.66Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps
If a plusnet tech is reading this can some check if my IP line profile is correct?
Cheers

Re: ECI Modem stats

You can check your IP Profile yourself  Wink
The ECI is a tough nut to crack if you want to get at it's stats

Re: ECI Modem stats

Thanks for the info on the OR ECI modem, i seemed to have gathered that much when i was looking into earlier, bloody OR locking things down.
As for my speed stats through the BTW site it seems to range from 32d/14u to 46d/16u and 56d/18u. my line profile says 77.44 and the stats checker on the PN page says current line speed is 78. I have soft reset the tg582n from the gui to refresh my gateways i have had pcl-ag01, pcl-ag04, pcl-ag05 and pcl-ag07. Is there a training period on new FTTC lines like there was/is on ADSL2+?
anything else i can do please advise  Smiley

Hi, yes there is, however we do advise anyone to raise a fault if the speeds are well  below par during that period.
