Have a quick check of the exchange status (save hassle of end user- fault finding if there's already a know issues)

That was the first thing i checked my exchange status is showing as green .

Speeds are still rubbish what is it going to take to get plusnet to respond me cancelling the Direct Debit they would soon respond or ofcom will be my next move .

It's obviously a fault, Try calling them? BT maybe looking at it?

Tried to call there support dept today could not even get through to them plusnet are becoming a real joke lately when i raised the fault i was told i would receive a reply within 24hours its now been well over 48hours they are going to be losing a customer at this rate.

Come on plusnet what do i have to do to get this issue sorted? Iv'e already raised a fault thursday evening 72hours now passed am i going to take this up with the CEO this just aint on 4 days with crap speeds would plusnet be happy if i only payed them £1 for the slow speeds i think not  Angry

Faults reported around a weekend usually take up to 2 days extra to process, also they are reliant on BT Openreach to fix faults on weekdays Mon - Fri

Thats just it though the fault was not reported on a weekend it was reported on thursday and after submitting the fault ticket it said i would have a response within 24hours while they check my line ticket has gone ignored.

So plusnet say my connection is acceptable just because its syncing at 60mbps well that does not explain the dire speeds think i will ask for my mac code contract or no contract i dont find this acceptable sort it out or i will be calling cancellations today.

So my lines been tested but shows it's syncing at 60Mbps yet the slow speeds still persist but looking at the GEA test result my line should be performing better than what it is given that my line is error free .
