inadvertently pushed Closed on a trouble ticket for home broadband repair [poor multitasking]. I simply want to reopen it and arrange the proposed engineering visit.
No online chat available, no email address... and the standard 'we are getting a lot of calls' on the phone line. If one of the PN Forum monitors can contact me, I will give the reference number and can we reopen it?

Unfortunately, when a ticket is closed we are unable to re-open it.
Fortunately though, the fault was still listed as open with our suppliers and so in a few minutes you'll receive a ticket from me which I do need a response to.
If you can let me know when you've responded to the ticket, we'll get that engineer booked in for you.
