Hi could one of the Plusnet staff please have a look at my tickets and help me with my speed issues.
I am totally fed up with the generic standard replies I am getting wich do not address the issue and are of no help to me.

Hi gafadadevil,
A speed test of ~450kB/s on a line with a 5500 profile shows that the line is performing absolutely fine.
