I missed the SNR reset window. Call number 52509329

Hi
I was recently switched over to 21CN. Unfortunately Plusnet didn't inform me and I missed the 10-day SNR reset training period as my router was mostly off all of that time. As a result my SNR has gone up from 6.5db to 11db and the download speed had dropped.
I rang up Friday (call reference 52509329) and was told to wait 3 days which I have, but it has made no difference - the SNR has dropped a bit but not much and the speed has stayed the same. On Monday (yesterday) I rang up again and asked for a new SNR reset to be initiated and I was told this would be done. but I am not so sure anything has been done as nothing has changed regarding speed and SNR value.
Could someone please check to see if it has been re-initiated and if the SNR could be dropped so enable me to get a higher speed?

Hi mgl67,
I've just lifted your profile to 2700, so you should see the increase shortly. As for the SNR reset, once you've had one another one won't work until 10 days have passed, so that's why the 2nd one doesn't seem to have worked.

Many thanks for upping my profile to 2700.
Regarding the SNR reset, I was told my switchover to 21CN happened on 15th February, so yesterday (27th feb) was 12 days after the switch, so surely I should see some changes as the 2nd reset should have been started 12 days after the first?

Ahh, apologies, I thought you meant you'd had one on Friday. I've requested that now and confirmed via ticket.
