I can access plusnet broadband via VPN but no-one else in house can...
We've had problems with our broadband access since last week's stormy weather.
I've done all the usual checks - router, wiring, phone line, etc. - and everything is showing as if the normal broadband service is active, but no-one in the house can access the internet through any devices from iphones to laptop to PS4.
I use a secure VPN with my laptop so I've been able to access the internet that way, but I am the only one getting an internet connection. No other devices can get access, in spite of all appearing to function normally according to the router and plusnet website.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Could you please confirm whether this is still an issue and if so PM me your Plusnet username so that I could take a look at your account to get this resolved?
