Odds-on the Digital Care Team would give sorting out the issue properly a higher priority than their bosses do!

When the system supposedly wasn't working a few months ago, when I had a profile change up, it did not drop the PPP session, whereas on the last occasion a few weeks ago, it did. If it could work perfectly satisfactorily before without dropping a session, why does it have to now (20CN) ?
I can report that after a recent drop (due to a damn power dip) it took at least 12 hours to drop my PN Line Rate. Perhaps Plusnet can advise us how often the scripts that update these are running?
