Anything downloading in background that you know about or don't know about?  Normal ping for me with interleaving 50ms to that IP and thats with a MMO online in background.
Worth checking which gateway you are on currently and reconnecting the PPP session to get a new gateway, but not a router reboot as BT will see that as a lost connection and possibly lower your IP profile

No nothing downloading, even when it is downloading something I am probably maxing at 300ms.
I'm currently on  ptn-ag01  my ping is lower than last night, around 200ms now.
I will try a session reset
