How would you like to be updated if you have an open fault investigation?

My reason for my vote in the poll, ie phone call, was because, otherwise, I would not receive any updates by the ISP  Smiley

How about if we replied using tickets that also sent a text messages to your mobile phone?
I'm personally a fan of always updating customers with a phone call too though.

Phone call of course. If your BB is down, receiving e-mail may be problematical, if your phone line is down then when it's fixed you get the phone call Wink

Perhaps it's worth pointing out that, at least with BT, it's possible to send a text message to a landline phone these days too - and if the phone doesn't support text, an automated voice will read out the contents.
