I have the Plusnet configured TG585 v7 (8.2.6.5). I have tried turning both off, but they always end up turning themselves back on after a minute or so. I'm guessing that there is some auto-configuration enabled that prevents these from being turned off, but not being a router aficionado I have no idea how to stop this from happening. Can anyone help? Thanks.
Hi there, Apologies for the daft question, but are you hitting the 'save settings' button at the bottom of the page? Also more importantly, are you waiting for the page to reload before navigating away to confirm that the changes have taken effect?
